How to apply
Collect KYC Form and Gather Identity Documents
Download the standard LPG KYC format or collect the proforma from your local Indane, Bharat Gas, or HP Gas distributor office.
Fill Personal and Address Particulars
Write your legal name exactly as shown on your Aadhaar card and specify your current residential address with PIN code.
Fill Bank Account and DBT Subsidy Section
Provide your active bank account number and IFSC code for direct benefit transfer (PAHAL / DBTL) subsidy credit.
Attach Mandatory KYC Enclosures
Enclose self-attested photocopies of Aadhaar, address proof (electricity bill, ration card, or registered rent agreement), and bank passbook or cancelled cheque.
Submit at Agency and Receive Subscription Voucher (SV)
Submit the completed KYC packet to your gas distributor or upload it through the official OMC portal. Upon verification, the agency issues your consumer booklet and SV.
How to fill the form
- Under applicant details, mention your full name matching Aadhaar without titles or abbreviations.
- In the address section, clearly specify house/flat number, street name, landmark, and pin code matching your address proof.
- Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and ensure your mobile number is active for OTP-based verification.
- In the bank details block, write the 11-character IFSC code and full account number clearly; double check the account holder name.
- Sign the declaration confirming that no family member residing at the same address holds another domestic LPG connection.
